Shipping worldwide

• Orders ship out up to 2 business days after they are processed.
• Delivery times could take up to 3 weeks, usually less, depends on your location.
• If you choose tracked shipping you`ll get an email with tracking number. However, if you haven`t received it check in your spam folder, if its not there let us know, we`ll send an email again. In case of package will be lost you`ll get a full refund or we`ll reship your order (your choice).
• If you choose untracked shipping you`ll get an email with tracking number that will not be tracked after leaving U.S. border. For your information, no claims are accepted in case of lost package.
• Free shipping terms are applied for all orders over $115.
• In addition, if your country is not in the list you can send an email with your location and we’ll try to provide the best shipping price we can.

 

Shipping within the USA

• Orders ship out for any state and city within the U.S. up to 2 business days after they are processed.
• Once we shipped the parcel, you will receive an email with tracking number. If you haven`t received it check in your spam folder, if it`s not there let us know, we`ll send an email again.
• All orders containing aerosols we ship by ground according to shipping restrictions of TDG (Transport of Dangerous Goods).
• That is to say, all expedited orders we ship by air using USPS fast shipping expedited service.
• Free shipping is for all orders over $115.
