Profiline EX 04-06

Profiline EX 04-06 is the latest formulation of medium cut, finishing polish for hologram-free results. Engineered specifically for use with dual-action or random orbital polishers, the abrasives break down very consistently to produce the highest depth of gloss. Water based formula will not dry out like other polishes, contains no solvents, silicones or petroleum and creates no dust during the compounding process so polishing pads stay cleaner longer. No dust is produced during polishing which makes for easy clean up and prolongs the life of the polishing pads. SONAX EX 04-06 is silicone-free and it does not contain any waxes, can be used on all paint systems including scratch-resistant clear coats.

Formulated specifically for the unique random orbital action of the DA polisher, EX 04-06 promises to deliver the amazing cutting and finishing abilities of Perfect Finish in an easy-to-use, DA approved version. EX 04-06 is aggressive enough to remove moderate to heavy swirl marks, water spots and oxidation paint imperfections while still offering the finishing quality of a very high gloss that any professional polisher will be proud of! SONAX Profiline polishes have rating on a scale of 1-6. To rate the amount of cut a product has, 1 represents the least while 6 represents the most. To rate how well a product finishes, 1 represents the worst while 6 represents the best. SONAX EX 04-06 is rated at an impressive 4 for cut and also an impeccable 6 for finish. Going by SONAX s scale, a traditional medium-cut polish would rate at around a 2-3 for cut and a 4-5 for finish. Directions for use:

• Firstly, wash and dry vehicle.
• Decontaminate with iron remover then clay the vehicle to remove above-surface contaminants.
• Apply a small amount (3 or 4 dots) of polish onto a yellow medium foam polishing Pad.
• Polish the surface at a low rotating speed (800 rpm) for approximately 20-30 seconds, applying 15-20 pounds of pressure.
• After 30 seconds, remove pressure completely using only machine weight, increase machine speed (1200 RPM) and continue polishing for 45-60 seconds.
• When finished polishing, wipe down the paint surface with a microfibre towel.

Please note:

• Do not allow polishing area to overheat.
• Regularly clean polishing sponges.
• Never use different polishes on one sponge.
• Keep from freezing.
